Hennessey LLC was established in 1997 by Des Hennessey who had spent more than twenty years in the construction industry, previously working in the United Kingdom for contractors such as J & G Seddon and Taylor Woodrow before joining John Laing Construction. Des worked throughout the UK and was transferred to the International Division in Poland in1977 before moving to Dubai in 1982. He was seconded to work for Al Naboodah Laing and was responsible for numerous projects which have covered the wide spectrum of the construction industry in Dubai, from civil engineering works at Dubai Aluminium , building and construction projects such as Nadd Al Sheba horse race track, the Aviation Club and academy, stables for the Royal family to high class interior fit out works such as the World Trade Club and palace interiors.

Hennessey LLC has grown steadily from a small beginning in 1997 with a staff and workforce of only 25 to its present position, employing a much larger staff and skilled workers within the different divisions of the company. The experienced and dedicated staff have always worked closely with all the clients and consultants to ensure that the tradesmen produce a high standard of workmanship and projects are completed on time.

 

The location of the offices and workshop are situated in the Al Quoz area of Dubai which is an ideal area to service the expanding city

 

A separate management team has been established to expand the business to include a swimming pool and landscaping division and an interior fit out department, which has completed a number of restaurants and office projects for hotels and corporate clients.

 

The turnover has increased at a manageable rate to ensure that customer satisfaction is still the most important aim of the organization.
