      Building on the success of the Construction Division we have carried out a number of high quality interior fit out works for prestigious clients. They have included retail shop outlets and restaurants, hotel refurbishment, executive office interiors to demountable partitioning systems for clients wanting the flexibility to change the layout of their offices at a later date.

 

      We are able to offer an interior design facility with the use of an artist impression of the concept design based on a clients ideas and requirements through to a full architectural package which can include a computer based “walk through” programme and materials selection prior to the work commencing. These services will help a client visualize how their project will look when completed.

 

      As structures in the Middle East get older, refurbishment is an option for owners of existing properties to enhance the appearance and give a longer life span to the buildings. We have carried out a number of such projects such as the conversion of a factory into the new corporate offices for a major car hire company and the total overall of a luxury apartment block which has given considerable added value to the old existing building.
